کشمیر کے یوم سیاہ پر سیمینار کا انعقاد
سفارتخانہ پاکستان دی ہیگ کے زیر اہتمام کیا گیا
مقررین نے مظلوم کشمیریوں سے اظہار یکجہتی کیا۔۔۔
ہالینڈ(ڈیلی روشنی نیوز انٹرنیشنل ۔۔۔نمائندہ خصوصی)قدسفارت خانہ پاکستان دی ہیگ نے 27 اکتوبر 2023 کو کشمیر کے یوم سیاہ کے موقع پر ایک سیمینار کا انعقاد کیا۔ سیمینار کے مقررین میں جناب الطاف حسین وانی، چیئرمین کشمیر انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف انٹرنیشنل ریلیشنز (KIIR) اور جناب علی رضا سید، چیئرمین، کشمیر کونسل، یورپی یونین اور نیدرلینڈز میں پاکستانی طالب علموں کی نمائندہ محترمہ رامین غوری شامل تھے۔
سیمینار میں غیر سرکاری تنظیموں کے نمائندوں، ماہرین تعلیم، یونیورسٹی کے طلباء اور کمیونٹی کی کثیر تعداد نے شرکت کی۔ مقررین نے جموں و کشمیر تنازعہ کی تاریخی، سیاسی، قانونی اور انسانی جہت پر روشنی ڈالی۔ انہوں نے ہندوستان کی طرف سے مقبوضہ جموں وکشمیر کے ساتھ یکطرفہ الحاق کے مضمرات کو بھی اجاگر کیا۔
جناب الطاف حسین وانی نے ویڈیو لنک کے ذریعہ سے تقریب میں شرکت کی اور بھارتی حکومت کی طرف سے آبادیاتی تناسب میں تبدیلی کی وجہ سے کشمیری عوام کے مصائب اور ان کی شناخت کو لاحق خطرات کا تذکرہ کیا۔ انہوں نے عالمی برادری پر زور دیا کہ وہ اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کی روشنی میں تنازعہ کشمیر کے پرامن اور منصفانہ حل کے لیے اپنا موثر کردار ادا کریں۔
جناب علی رضا سید نے کہا کہ کشمیری عوام سات دہائیوں سے زائد عرصے سے بھارتی جبر کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے بھارتی حکومت کے مظالم اور بھارتی غیر قانونی قبضہ میں جموں و کشمیر (IIOJK) میں انسانی حقوق کی جاری خلاف ورزیوں کو اجاگر کیا۔ انہوں نے بھارتی مظالم کے خلاف آواز اٹھانے پر زور دیا اور عالمی برادری سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ بھارت سے اقوام متحدہ میں کیے گئے اپنے وعدوں کو پورا کرنے پر زور دیں۔
طالب علموں کی نمائندہ محترمہ رامین غوری نے IIOJK میں انسانی حقوق کی بگڑتی ہوئی صورتحال پر روشنی ڈالی اور بین الاقوامی سول سوسائٹی پر زور دیا کہ وہ بھارتی مظالم کے خلاف آواز اٹھاسکیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ فلسطین کی صورتحال سے واضح ہے کہ اس طرح کی ناانصافیوں کا بر وقت حل کیا جائے۔
سفیر سلجوق مستنصر تارڑ نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ جموں و کشمیر کا تنازعہ ہندوستان اور پاکستان کے درمیان بنیادی تنازعہ ہے۔ یہ 27 اکتوبر 1947 کو جموں و کشمیر پر ہندوستانی قبضے کے بعد سے اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل میں زیر التوا سب سے طویل تنازعات میں سے ایک ہے۔ پاکستان اقوام متحدہ کی سلامتی کونسل کی قراردادوں اور کشمیری عوام کی خواہشات کے مطابق جموں و کشمیر تنازعہ کے پرامن حل کے لیے پرعزم ہے۔
سیمنیار میں وزیر اعظم پاکستان کی خصوصی مشیر محترمہ مشعال حسین کی جانب سے بھیجا گیاایک ویڈیو پیغام اور مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیرحالیہ ظلم وستم پر مبنی ایک مائیکرو دستاویزی فلم بھی دکھائی گئی۔
سفیرسلجوق مستنصر تارڑ نے یوم سیاہ کشمیر کے مناسبت پر سفارت خانہ پاکستان کی جانب سے منعقدہ سمینار میں شمولیت پر مقررین اور شرکاء کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔

The Embassy of Pakistan, the Hague organised a seminar to mark Kashmir Black Day on 27 October 2023. The speakers of the seminar included Mr. Altaf Hussain Wani, Chairman, Kashmir Institute of International Relations (KIIR) and Mr. Ali Raza Syed, Chairman Kashmir Council – EU. A student representative in the Netherlands, Ms. Rameen also shared her views.
The seminar was attended by a number of participants including representatives of NGOs, academics, university students and community members. The speakers highlighted the historical, political, legal and human dimension of Jammu and Kashmir dispute. They also emphasized on implications of India’s unilateral annexation of IIOJK.
Mr. Altaf Hussain Wani virtually joined the event and elaborated the history of Kashmiri people’s sufferings and threat to their identity due to demographic engineering by the Indian government. He urged the international community to play role in peaceful and just settlement of Kashmir dispute in the light of UN resolutions
Mr. Ali Raza Syed said that the Kashmiri people had been facing Indian oppression for more than seven decades. He highlighted the atrocities of Indian government and violation of human rights in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). He strongly urged to raise voice against Indian atrocities and called international community to ask India to fulfill its commitments made in the United Nations.
Student representative, Ms. Rameen, highlighted deteriorating human rights situation in IIOJK and urged the international civil society to raise voice against Indian atrocities. She said that the situation in Palestine is stark reminder of the importance of addressing such injustices.
Ambassador Suljuk Mustansar Tarar underlined that Jammu and Kashmir dispute is the core dispute between India and Pakistan. It is also one of the longest pending disputes in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) since Indian occupation of Jammu and Kashmir on 27 October 1947. He reiterated that Pakistan has an abiding commitment to the Kashmiri people and realization of their right to self-determination. Pakistan remains committed to a peaceful resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions and wishes of the Kashmiri people.
A video message for the seminar sent by Ms. Mushaal Hussein Mullick, Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on Human Rights and Women Empowerment, was played. The participants were also shown a micro-documentary on the latest situation in IIOJK.
Ambassador Tarar thanked the speakers and participants for joining Pakistan Embassy to mark the Kashmir Black Day.
