August 5th is the day of Kashmir’s occupation:
When will there be peace in this world, when will people breathe a sigh of relief, as you know, I have written about humanity whenever I have picked up my pen. Be it any religion, be it any nation, the voice of my pen has always risen for the oppressed. My attempt is that you should read my column and judge for yourself. See what is reality and what is true.
The dark day of August 5, 2019:-
The dark day of August 5, 2019, when the dark face of India was not only exposed in front of the world, but the eyes of the world were also opened to the atrocities committed by India on the oppressed Kashmiris for the past 75 years. 5th August 2019 will always be remembered as a black day in history. The betrayal of the people of Kashmir is a worst example of exploitation by the colonialists. On the occasion of August 5, 2019 Exploitation Day, not only Pakistan. There is a strong protest against Indian atrocities all over the world, including occupied Jammu and Kashmir. On the occasion of Exploitation Day, solidarity is expressed with the recognized right of self-determination and freedom struggle of Kashmiris. At this time, occupied Kashmir has turned into the biggest prison in the world It has happened and the Indian government has not only made the Kashmir Valley a hell, but has also banned the entry of international human rights organizations and international journalists. Pakistan has not only raised its voice for the oppressed brothers of Occupied Kashmir on every platform of the world, but all the wars fought with India were for the freedom of its oppressed brothers and to defeat the machinations of India. The country has a democratic government of the Muslim League-N and the Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif along with his entire team, wherever they go in the world, first raise their voice for their oppressed brothers. Not only the government of Pakistan, but the zeal of Pakistan. The people have always been playing their full role for the freedom of their Kashmiri brothers. After the passage of a century, human rights are still being violated continuously and unreservedly throughout Indian Occupied Kashmir. Occupied Kashmir is the only region on the planet where more than 800,000 Indian occupying troops are stationed in an area of just a few thousand square miles. India is using all its resources and tactics to continue its forced and illegitimate military rule over the land of Kashmir. Pakistan has always supported Kashmiris politically, diplomatically and morally. Despite all oppression, torture and arrests and state terrorism, India could not succeed in its nefarious goals, could not lower the morale of Kashmiris. could not stop their struggle, it cannot be denied in any way that the children, the elderly, women and every youth of the occupied valley are determined to get freedom and this should be understood by India now. In fact, 5th August 2019 is the most tragic, painful and darkest day in the history of Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
In April 2019, general elections were held in India. In these general elections, the RSS-pro-BJP party was successful and Narendra Modi again held the seat of power as the Prime Minister. After coming to power, this government took the biggest step of bigotry and cowardice and challenged its autonomy while killing Kashmir’s right to self-determination. It was only four months after the formation of the BJP government that they started the heinous process of passing blind laws through the parliament.
The Indian Parliament abrogated Article 370. Article 370:-
On August 5, 2019, the Indian Parliament abrogated Article 370. Article 370 gives special status to Kashmir. Gives Kashmir its own constitution and its own flag. With the abrogation of Article 370, the special status of Kashmir was abolished and its constitution and flag were confiscated. The BJP government also scrapped Article 35A through a presidential decree. According to Article 35A, a person can be a citizen of Jammu and Kashmir only if he was born here. After the abrogation of Article 35A, the resettlement of people from other Indian states in Kashmir started. As a result, lakhs of people lost their jobs in Jammu and Kashmir in the last five years. When there was no talk of cruelty over cruelty, India crossed all limits of lawlessness. On 6 August 2019, an act was also passed in the name of Reorganization. This act divided Occupied Kashmir into two parts (Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh). Divided and also administered the two parts under the Central Government of India and sanctioned the formation of a Legislative Assembly for it, which is apparently a powerless Legislative Assembly. Thus one day Kashmir’s statehood was abolished and the right to make decisions on all issues was also taken away from them. This story of cruelty and lawlessness is not ending. After the implementation of the black laws, the Indian government also introduced a blacklist in Kashmir. This list includes only selected news sites, chosen by those who have made it impossible for Kashmiris to access other news sites.
India’s own citizens and minorities are also suffering under their torture:-
The story of Indian oppression is not limited to Kashmir. India’s own citizens and minorities are also suffering under their torture. Day by day, routine life is being made difficult for them. It seems that the National Register of Citizenship has refused to recognize them. This register provides citizenship to citizens. In order to register his name in it, it is necessary for the citizen to have the legacy document, whoever is unable to provide this document, his citizenship is forfeited.
Around two thousand Muslims were killed in the riots:-
The National Register of Citizens of India published its first list on 31 August 2019. In this list, about 1.9 million Bengalis from Assam were deprived of their citizenship and denied citizenship. A few months after that, the citizenship amendment act was also passed on 11 December 2019. After this act, the National Register of Citizens was made applicable to the whole of India. People’s citizenships were confiscated, they were forced to be deported. In November 2019, the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act was passed, which expanded the definition of terrorism to include even the smallest crime as terrorism, and then in May 2019, when the Babri Masjid was martyred, around two thousand Muslims were killed in the riots.
The Modi government is the most corrupt government in the country:-
Bharatiya Janata Party is a political party born from the womb of RSS which was founded in 1980. The Modi government is the most corrupt government in the country since independence. His performance is poor and reprehensible. People fear that if the authoritarian Modi government remains in power, Indian democracy will be at risk. People have come to understand that these people have lied to them by making promises which they had no intention of fulfilling. Muslims have occurred in Indian history:-

The United Nations, in Article 1 of its Charter:-

Even after the UN reports on human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir, stopping India and the international community’s silence in favor of Kashmiris is not criminal negligence. Pakistan will continue to provide strong and unwavering moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiri people until they achieve their inalienable right to self-determination. Pakistan wants good relations with all its neighbours, including India, but good relations can only be achieved through conflict resolution, not through denial of conflicts
peace in South Asia depends on the resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir conflict:-
Occupied Kashmir is a continuous struggle, which should not be raised only by assigning specific days, but every time, every moment, the voice of Kashmir needs to be echoed in the halls of the world. The determination of the Kashmiri people is sincere that they will never allow the heinous actions of India to succeed and the Kashmiri people will continue their freedom struggle until the achievement of the goal as per the United Nations resolution. Lasting peace in South Asia depends on the resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir conflict.
