*The Embassy commemorates 1st anniversary of the Marka-e-Haq*

Holland  (Press Release of Embassy of Pakistan The Hague)The Embassy of Pakistan, The Hague commemorated the first anniversary of Marka-e-Haq today.

At an event organized at the Embassy, the speakers paid homage to our brave armed forces which valiantly defended the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan against unprovoked Indian aggression last year. They applauded the traditional valor, sacrifices, and unwavering resolve and dedication of Pakistan’s defenders and martyrs.

Distinguished participation by community members from different cities of the Netherlands expressed their strong resolve to continue to follow the visions of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Muhammad Iqbal and play their important role in national development and progress.

H.E. Ambassador Syed Haider Shah in his remarks, commended the

professionalism, courage and determination of Pakistan’s armed forces to thwart any attempt to undermine Pakistan’s peace and prosperity. With unity, faith and discipline as exhibited during the Marka-e-Haq last year, Pakistani nation and its armed forces together would continue to stand as Bunyan-ul-Marsoos (ironclad wall) against all odds.

      The Embassy also organized a pictorial exhibition highlighting Pakistani national resolve during the successful Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos last year.
